FRANKFUR™AIN

In the FRANKFUR™AIN competition, Quandel Staudt placed two concepts among the top five: "True. Beautiful. Good." plays on Frankfurt's significance as a cultural metropolis, and "Frankfurt. Colorful on the Main" honors Frankfurt as a cosmopolitan, multicultural city.
Background to the competition: In March 2016, Nils Bremer (Journal Frankfurt), Stefan Weil (Atelier Markgraph), and Prof. Markus Weisbeck (Bauhaus University Weimar) invited Frankfurt design studios to develop proposals for a new city brand. Frankfurt has a lot to offer, but it still lacks a distinctive word-and-image mark.
All submitted designs were shown at the Museum of Applied Arts from 13 July to 14 August 2016.
