We used the pandemic period to make our structures fully remote-ready. Smart work and hybrid collaboration are part of our everyday practice, benefiting both our team and, above all, our clients.
This enables close collaboration within ambitious timings, delivers strong results, and keeps everyone involved relaxed and confident.
Flexible Communication Channels
We value short paths, internally and externally, and like to speak directly with the responsible person on the client side.
The same principle applies the other way around: with us, you always have direct contact with the team members working on your project. Traditionally by email or phone, or in calls via Zoom, Teams, or Slack. Slack is our base for internal communication with team members who work remotely.
Even so, we still prefer being together in our beautiful office.
State of the Art
Our cloud-based data storage is another important building block for hybrid work.
We protect your data and can set up a dedicated upload and download area for you on request. The same applies to providing sensitive website projects, which we can host on our server in compliance with GDPR requirements.
For complex projects, we naturally also work with Kanban methods using Trello or Meistertask, preferably together with everyone involved in the project. This gives everyone insight and oversight at all times. Transparency and control, exactly the way we like it. It creates confidence and lets us sleep better.
It is important to think digitally, even when developing a brochure.
