Barbara was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1975. After training as an office administrator, she studied English and Romance Studies at Goethe University in Frankfurt. She has been supporting the administration team since January 2018.
What excites you most about your profession?
What I like most about my profession is the chance to get to know different industries and meet many different kinds of people. This time I deliberately chose a design agency, because it combines two aspects of my life: creativity and logic. Working with creative minds is a valuable counterbalance to the more rational side of numbers. Sense and sensibility. That fits me and my life perfectly.
How would you describe your way of working?
Checklists and tables are great.
When are you really in the flow?
Definitely not shortly after getting up in the morning.
What does your heart beat for?
Dancing and books.
Your ideal counterbalance to work?
A shopping day with friends.
What should you definitely do in Frankfurt?
Go to the zoo and play with the penguins. At least if you have a seven-year-old son.
