Children's hospitals are increasingly in crisis - to counter this development, Clementine Children's Hospital, together with Bürgerhospital Frankfurt, is launching a moving communications campaign designed to bring nurses back to pediatric care. The profession of nursing is psychologically and emotionally complex and challenging, especially in children's hospitals. Cost-cutting measures and unattractive working conditions have further reduced the appeal of this all-important profession. With improved framework conditions, a well-thought-out return-to-work concept, and a strong communications strategy, Bürgerhospital Frankfurt, in cooperation with Clementine Children's Hospital, is now campaigning for it.

With just a few clicks, nurses can express their interest and get in touch with the hospital. Illustrations inspire and transport viewers into childlike worlds. The visual language enables a sensitive approach and playfully makes clear what this responsible profession stands for.
