High usability, clear navigation, and direct access to essential information were the key requirements for the new website of Clementine Children's Hospital in Frankfurt. It also needed to retain the emotional aspects, such as the close-knit teams of doctors and nurses, the highly specialized focus on children aged 1 to 16, and other hidden strengths of the facility. Following the comprehensive redevelopment of the literature system a few years earlier, the website rounded off the new communications strategy Quandel Staudt had developed for this long-established hospital.
