Dr. Senckenbergische StiftungHelp for families without a midwife

The Dr. Senckenberg Foundation, in cooperation with the city, launched Frankfurt postpartum emergency care. The free service began in September 2019 and aims to give more families in Frankfurt access to midwife support. The corporate design created for this purpose represents the guiding idea of midwife emergency care, in keeping with the rather intimate subject matter. Three elements that come together harmoniously as a whole and symbolize a gesture of life convey comfort and security. They symbolize midwife, mother, and child, and through their colors suggest life, because green grows and green stands for hope. When implementing the website, the main goal was to present the content clearly and unambiguously so that parents seeking help could receive quick and straightforward support. The symbolic character of the logo becomes especially clear here, as the individual elements partly function as navigation.
