In Berlin-Wilmersdorf, Primus Immobilien AG is realizing Bloom, a residential ensemble that combines classic elegance with modern clarity. The housing offer ranges from studios to 1- to 5-room units and exclusive penthouses with large terraces. We were commissioned to create the marketing materials, including the exposé and the furnishing catalogue.


A design concept that clearly connects architecture and communication.

Scalable web system for real estate presentations: With the launch of the website for Céleste, we created a modular web solution that will serve as the digital foundation for all of Primus's real estate projects going forward. The building-block system we developed enables a flexible, CMS-based implementation that can be individually adapted to each project. At the same time, it significantly shortens time to market. For Primus, this creates a central platform that reduces effort, increases speed, and ensures a consistent brand presence.

Architectural inspiration
We translated the understated elegance of the architecture into the brochure layout: generous imagery, a clear color-coded chapter structure, and typographic balance give readers room to explore the property. The floor plans were graphically adapted to the project’s style, matching icons were developed, and material mood boards were compiled to reflect the different fit-out and furnishing options for the apartments. The copy concept, with its emotional statements, invites readers to imagine the future living experience.



Appreciating what sets it apart
The materials were produced in two languages, both digitally and as a printed edition. As always, a refined finish was important to us here: the embossed logo and the pleasant feel of the paper underline the quality promise that Primus makes to its prospective buyers.
