Design that moves and inspires: stirring slogans and beautiful birth photography

The Bürgerhospital is looking for midwives and is reorganizing itself accordingly. The best conditions are being offered for returning to work in the delivery room. A campaign directs attention to the search for applicants. We were able to design the campaign and focused on the emotions that arise only through work in the delivery room. Special visuals from birth photographers, which we purchased to fit the campaign, emotional slogans, and strong UX design turn the one-pager into a visual experience.


Emotional recruitment marketing with strategic design

Working in the delivery room gives midwives the chance to witness the very first moment of a newborn's life up close. No other workplace is as emotionally charged as the delivery room. Yet many midwives have turned their backs on this work because of unfavorable conditions. “Back to what really matters” is the slogan of this campaign. We chose not to use stock imagery here and instead partnered with birth photographers who capture these special moments. To increase engagement on the one-pager, we used micro-animations that emphasize key information. A contact form tailored to the scope of a midwife's role makes initial contact easier for applicants. We are pleased that we were able to give the search for applicants a new direction.
